To book a hunt with us, we recommend contacting us and reserving your hunt at least 6 months in advance. Prime time for Deer hunts will be booked at least one year in advance.
We require a 50% advance deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is Non-Refundable with the only exception being, if we cancel your hunt. The balance is due 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR HUNT.
If for some reason your schedule changes or you are unable to make your hunt, we allow you to reschedule or in some cases change the type of hunt/species that you booked without penalty at our discretion. Changing or upgrading your hunt to a hunt that costs more than your original booking will require you to pay the difference in cost.
Once you have confirmed your hunt by sending us your deposit, you receive a package by mail containing the following:
1. Cover Letter confirming your hunt type.
2. Service Contract.
3. Liability Contract.
4. Firearms/Archery & Safety Outline.
5. Local Hunting Tips.
6. One stamped/addressed envelope
7. One brochure.
You will need to read, sign, and return the ‘Service Contract‘ & ‘Liability Contract‘ in the enclosed stamped addressed envelope.

**Why do we require you to enter into a Service Contract?
Like any serious business that provides professional services, a ‘Service Contract’ protects both us and you and clearly outlines our mutual expectations.
Should there be a disagreement we will both have a basis from which to find a resolution. It also lets you know what your agreed upon boundaries are while you are hunting with us.
**Why do we require you to enter into a Liability Contract?
Our insurance company and lessors require us to have liability contracts and service contracts with all of our clients. These documents must be signed and in our possession prior to hunting.
