We understand that hunting these days can interfere with cash flow when you have to come up with several thousand dollars in the form of a deposit and then later on the balance. To help alleviate this we have come up with the simple solution of allowing you to pay for your hunt in installments over a 7 month time period prior to your hunt with monthly payments depending on the cost & type of hunt you request. The initial payment on all Big Game hunts will be $500 then we will figure out the balance for the cost of your hunt which you can then pay in evenly distributed installments over the next 6 months. In effect you will have 7 months of payments with NO interest! We can also customize payments on certain high-dollar hunts for groups of more than 4 hunters. For Example:

Whitetail Buck Hunt/Fully Guided with Food & Lodging costs $3750 with 50% due at the time of booking and the balance 30 days prior to the hunt.

With A ‘Pay Over Time’ You pay an initial deposit of $500 and then 6 more monthly payments of $541.66 per month.

The rules are very simple:

  • The 50% deposit or part thereof is non-refundable but is transferable at our discretion.
  • Transfers or changes must equal the original cost of the hunt & cannot be less than the initial hunt.
  • This offer applies only to hunts valued at $2500 or more per hunter.
  • All installments must be fully paid before the first day of your hunt.
  • Prices given at the time of booking will be honored even if we change our pricing except where a separate fuel surcharge may be added. This surcharge currently will not exceed $100 per hunter.
  • All payments are due by the 10th day of each month.
  • If you are late paying more than two times, your hunt will be cancelled unless you pay the balance in full. There will be NO refunds in this case as we may have turned down another client who wanted your spot!
  • You can pay by Paypal (AMEX,VISA, MC,Check) or cash.
  • We reserve the right to change any part of this offer at any time.
  • Any existing contract/booking will be honored per the condition published at that time except in the case of a gas surchage being neccessarry.
  • You will be required to sign a contract/agreement with us.
  • We do not check or report to credit agencies.
