Well this past year had to be the most disappointing dove season we have ever had here at Rush Creek Guide Service, and I can’t really tell you why. We never saw that big migration of Northern dove, and the number of resident birds was down as well. All we can do now is wait and see what the summer holds as far as the resident bird numbers go. Hopefully, it will be back to normal, and we all can look forward to another great dove season, because all of you that have been here before on a good year know just how good it can be. I will keep you posted!
